Mr. Lownsbery earned his Master of Science in Instructional Technology from Philadelphia University in the spring of 2005. Through a dual-certification graduate program, he also achieved certification as a Technology Specialist through the Pennsylvania Department of Education. The program’s immersive cohort model offered both theoretical and hands-on experiences, emphasizing best practices for integrating technology effectively into curriculum and instruction. This comprehensive foundation ultimately helped pave the way for Mr. Lownsbery’s transition from classroom teaching to educational leadership and administration.
