Mr. Lownsbery earned his Bachelor of Science in Education from Millersville University as a non-traditional student, graduating with honors in December 1999. Certified in Technology Education, he completed the majority of his coursework within the Department of Industry and Technology, where he developed a strong foundation in both technical skill and instructional practice.
