Since 2009, Mr. Lownsbery has served in administration as Director of Technology for both the Elizabethtown and Camp Hill School Districts. In these roles, he oversaw all aspects of district technology, ensuring that both instructional and operational systems were reliable, effective, and aligned with educational goals. From the outset, he emphasized the use of technology as a meaningful tool to support student learning, guiding his teams to integrate digital resources in ways that directly enhanced classroom instruction. Under his leadership, access to technology and its practical use expanded significantly, benefiting key areas of district operations and instruction.
Throughout his administrative career, Mr. Lownsbery spearheaded numerous initiatives aimed at leveraging technology to streamline processes, improve instructional tools, and create cost-effective solutions.
